7.2. The PainPointPro name and any associated logos are proprietary to the creator of PainPointPro. You agree not to use these in any manner without our prior written consent.
7.3. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the PainPointPro name, or any of our service names, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features without our prior written consent.
7.4. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our express written permission.
7.5. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content we analyze (e.g., YouTube comments).
8.1. GDPR Compliance: We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users within the European Economic Area (EEA). Users have rights under GDPR, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Data Retention: We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Afterward, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
